Do you what is the healing time for a nose piercing? And when are you allowed to change it from a stud to a ring?

  7. ShinerDaze Says:

I have a nose bone in, and I can’t change it anymore, it hurts so bad to take the bone out, like the ball. it sucks.

  12. nikkiwa Says:

I just got a nose bone because I was tired of my corkscrew protruding out the bottom of my nose. The bone goes in fine, I hear, or feel I should say, two like popping sounds when I put it in. Its in, it stays there, but when i look at it underneath my nose, theres nothing there. Im so used to the corkscrew that that doesnt seem right! I can feel the ball but I cant see it! I dont want the inside to close up, I had to pay extra to use a needle and I dont want it to close!

  13. steventylerfan123 Says:

How about the L-Shaped ones? How do you put them in?

  14. cow614 Says:

Nose bones fucking suck and are never appropriate for any piercing.

    Ever.

  15. CoyoteWalker Says:

@MCRtierney ALWAYS wait till it heals, especially since you got it done the wrong way. No self respecting piercer would ever use a gun.

  16. Sharnstar7 Says:

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I’m sitting here atm with my piercing in my hand. Did you get it sorted out?

  17. Jacenta1 Says:

i got my nose pierced nearly 5 months ago, and have never had any problems. but this morning it fell out. i bought a new one straight away and tried to put it in 10 mins after the old one fel out, but it wouldnt go in. it was an Lshaped bars, and was getting stuck at the bend. ive tried but none of its working. the cartilige in my nose is swollen, so maybe thats why it wont work. should i wait till its healed or try again tomorrow? or get it done professionally again? it hurts :(

  19. MCRtierney Says:

    Thankyou! helped alot :)

  20. rraaayx3 Says:

Okayyy, not good. Go to a PROFESSIONAL PIERCING PLACE, and buy a SURGICAL STEAL nose screw. 20gauge (because it’s smaller and leaves a smaller hole in the long run). Anyways, have them change it there for you. The earring you have in now is most likely stainless steal, which will turn the skin around the piercing black. Not good. Never change a piercing yourself until the full 8 weeks. 8, not 6. If you change it at 6, you’ll mess it up and it will take twice as long to heal. I hope I helped!

  21. rraaayx3 Says:

go to a PROFESSIONAL piercing place, and have them put it in. It was sink in, that never happens. Don’t change it yourself, it’ll cause an infection. ):

  22. MCRtierney Says:

@rraaayx3 ..dont mean to bother you but, 3weeks ago I got my nose pierced with the gun, its been healing super good-Since I got it with the gun its an actual earing stud instead of a nose stud and my cartlidge is big so I had to get a big stud so it didnt sink in-she said to wait 6-8weeks – but its healing really good and I think if I change the stud it wont sink in.. but what do you think ? thanks :3

  23. elkenboushia Says:

oh well :( thank you so much :) ♥!! and happy new year!!

  24. rraaayx3 Says:

Sadly, no. You could probably only go about 2-3 days without it out before the hole closes or shrinks. If you’re taking it out for an event, yes, it will have a hole. ): Well. They pierce you w/ an 18 gauge, always. The reason it’s like that at 0:34 is because he has an 18 gauge ring. Like I said, after a week of having an 18 gauge, order a 20 gauge and have a piercing place at the mall change it. And then about 2 weeks later, change to a 22 gauge, That way you barely have a hole ! (: & Thanks(:

  25. elkenboushia Says:

it would show something like 0:34!
